"Had been a customer for several years. Multiple employees verbally abused me several times over the phone. This agent may have been successful with a smaller amount of customers but is very obviously a bad employer causing her employees stress and anxiety. One disgruntled employee is a bad day, two is a coincidence...
A pattern of rude gestures, raised voices, and defensive behavior shows a stressed workplace.
Find yourself a smaller agent.
The structure of state farm corporate is made to incentivize each agent to cater well to their customers- most agents do not have more than 2 employees. This agent has many."

"State Farm has taken care of tons of claims for me in a timely manner. I have been with State farm since I got my first car when I was 16. Now I am 48 and I have 3 cars insured, and home owners insurance . Only downfall is they r a little pricey.
